- Great palette knife for Mixing, Spreading, and Scumbling: A square tip is used for making a mark that could be a distant building or window.
- It is also excellent for thick painting techniques. Apply paints and pigments directly on the canvas.
- These knives have been crafted with the finest stainless steel blades, which resist wear and corrosion from any media, including acrylics.
- The corners of the blade are also excellent for creating fine detail. The small, rounded tip of small blades can be dipped into paint, which can then carefully be applied to create details like in trees. With the edge of a small knife blades of grass can also be created. Small blade knives are also used for a technique called sgraffito, which its used to lightly scrape the paint exposing a bit of the underpaint while blending the top layers a bit.
